Restaurant Fook Hin Bak Kut Teh (福兴肉骨茶餐室) is a peculiar restaurant. A bak kut teh restaurant being more famous for their steamed fish and fresh sea food.
To be precise, it’s the snake head fish that is famous (RM35). It’s thoughtfully cut up into bite sized piece for convenient consumption and it’s good for wound healing. A wonderful dish with health benefits.
These big, fat, juicy clams (RM11) make every bite pleasurable, bursting with a mouthful of delicate freshness.
Simple vegetable stir-fry with the less common paku pakis (RM8).
